Yes! Nearly every apartment home at Rosslyn Heights includes a private balcony or patio. Select homes also feature interior sun rooms, which are ideal for a home office or extra relaxation space. Yes. Every apartment home at Rosslyn Heights includes a full-size washer and dryer, making laundry day as easy and convenient as possible.

All of our apartment homes are cable- and high-speed internet-ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and managing their own cable and internet connections with available local providers. High-speed WiFi is also provided in our common areas for resident use.

Our gourmet kitchens feature modern appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave, along with granite countertops and maple European-style cabinetry. We offer in-person and virtual tours during office hours or by appointment. To ensure the best experience, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability, though walk-in tours are welcome during business hours based on our team’s availability. Rosslyn Heights charges various fees associated with each unique lease. Our leasing team will provide a full, itemized cost sheet for the exact apartment home you’re considering before you sign your lease.

Guest parking is available for $5/night and is subject to availability.

We frequently offer move-in specials for new residents, which may include free rent, waived fees, or other incentives. Specials vary by apartment home, lease term, and move-in date, so availability changes often. The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within our community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease (no questions asked and no additional fees).

Rosslyn Heights has a dedicated on-site maintenance team with 24-hour emergency maintenance support. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the online resident portal or mobile app, or can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.

Your pets are welcome at Rosslyn Heights! Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs each require a $500 one-time fee and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review our full Pet Policy.

Both the Rosslyn Metro station (Orange, Blue, and Silver lines) and the Courthouse Metro station are a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is also served by numerous Metrobus lines, Arlington Transit (ART), and the D.C. Circulator connecting Rosslyn to Georgetown and Dupont Circle. While Rosslyn Heights is served primarily by Metrorail (Orange, Blue, and Silver lines at the nearby Rosslyn station), the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is accessible via a short Metro connection to the Crystal City or L’Enfant Plaza stations. Between Metrorail, Metrobus, Arlington Transit, and the D.C. Circulator, Rosslyn Heights offers exceptional regional transit connectivity.

In order to qualify for the discount:

• The professional must live and work in the same county/city as our community
• Applicants must provide proof of employment via a paystub or otherwise
• If another special discount is offered for the apartment home you'd like to rent, you can choose that special pricing or the 3% discount, but not both

Rosslyn Heights is an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP), which means that we offer a 5% military discount to active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations.

Given our proximity to the Pentagon, Fort Myer, and Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, this is an especially popular benefit for our residents. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations (such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty) allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
